Commissions and payment choices

Commission applies the snapshotted program terms to eligible conversion value in integer minor units. Keep each currency separate. Shopify excludes tax and shipping from merchandise value. App Store commissions based on estimated proceeds must be labeled estimated until reconciled; maturation alone does not finalize an estimate. Trials have no commission, and refunds or reversals adjust the original obligation.

Choose Pay affiliates yourself or Pay affiliates with Attribloom. International self-managed payments need no Stripe account or US address. A merchant records payment date, method, reference, optional evidence and allocations against commissions; partial payments and audited corrections are supported. These are merchant-recorded external payments, not provider-verified delivery. Affiliates can flag discrepancies. A corrected record does not prove cash was returned.

Managed payments initially require verified US-to-US USD eligibility and completed provider prerequisites. A batch is funded by its merchant before dispatch. A Stripe transfer is separate from delivery to the affiliate's bank; only observed bank-delivery status means delivered. Do not invent bank instructions, availability or delivery estimates. The interface shows an unavailable state until activation requirements are met.

Beta platform fees are zero, without automatic expiry or paid conversion. Intended post-beta: $9.99/month self-managed, or 0.5% of managed commissions successfully paid plus disclosed provider costs with no subscription. All fees are merchant-paid; affiliates retain their full commission. Affiliate accounts remain free.

Customer-sale refunds and merchant-funding reversals are distinct. A refund after payment creates a merchant recovery claim; future offsets require recorded agreement to the applicable terms. Never describe Attribloom as advancing or reimbursing money from its own funds.
